PATCHES Survey

We have donors & investors willing to support a new East Valley Animal Shelter. This Adoption Center will be able to house multiple animal rescues all under the same roof! PATCHES (Protecting Animals Through Community Housing, Education & Support), the new Animal Adoption Center, will save animal rescues money by providing 24 hour in house veterinary care, low cost/FREE animal food and access to 7 days a week adoption hours. Please respond to this survey even if you are just thinking about increasing your adoptions by having your own animal shelter within this larger animal shelter. The donors are asking to know how many animal rescues they would be helping and are waiting for answers to the following questions. Have you ever dreamed of having your very own animal shelter? If you were to participate in this new Animal Adoption Center:

How many Dog Kennels would you want to use? Kennels are 4’ x 8’.
How many Cat Kennels would you want to use? Kennels are 48” x 29 ½”
How many Cat Rooms would you want to use? Cat Rooms are 10’ x 15’—8 Kennels included (48” x 29 ½”).
